Work continues to identify man found dead in bin
Over the weekend, a description was released of his distinctive tattoos - including a cross with a snake wrapped around it on his back with the words "little stardust". He also had a tattoo on his right arm which said "nan", along with a clover and the colours of the Irish flag, according to police. The body of the man, thought to have been 40 to 50 years old, was discovered at Cash's Park off Daimler Road at 17:00 GMT on Friday. Officers believe he was hit by a car before being moved to the site, where a member of the public found him inside the Coventry City Council bin, West Midlands Police said. Det Ch Insp Phil Poole said police are investigating to find out what happened to the man, who he was and who was responsible. " He added: "I really want to hear from anyone who recognises the descriptions of the tattoos on the man, as they are quite distinctive.
